In order to protect the rights of women and as per the guidelines from HP University , Women’s Grievance Redressal Cell was constituted in the college under the able guidance of the Principal in July 2017 . Since then the Cell is working very efficiently in addressing the grievance of the students as well as staff. Further the Cell organises various activities which ensures the participation of girl students on priority basis.
At present the Cell strictly follows the guidelines issued under POCSO Act and Makes sure that the rights of all the girl students as well as staff members are well protected . The knowledge about this POCSO Act is imparted to the students in frequent intervals through lectures , seminars , counselling sessions and by showing them documentaries based on the such themes.
